Well you can. It’s easy to host a Dynasty clinic and make money doing it. There are lots of ways to set up your clinic, but here are some typical examples:

Example 1: 12 players for a 2 Day Clinic
2 Day Clinic including 1 case of paint per day, air, and field fees for $250 (can Charge between $200 and $400)
Your cost: $50 for 2 cases of paint per player, $999 per Dynasty Player (Normally $1100), $500 in travel expenses per Dynasty Player (that’s an average cost). Your total cost: $2099
Your Profit: $901

Example 2: 10 Players for Two 1 day clinics
1 Day Clinic includes air and field fees for $100 (can charge anywhere between $100 and $200)
Your Cost: $999 per Dynasty Player (Normally $1100), $500 in travel expenses per Dynasty Player (that’s an average cost). Your total cost: $1499
Your Profit: $501

Example 3: 20 players for a 2 Day Clinic
2 Day Clinic includes air and field fees for $250 (can charge anywhere between $200 and $400)
Your Cost: $999 per Dynasty Player for 2 players (Normally $1100), $500 in travel expenses for the first Dynasty Player and $350 for the second (that’s an average cost). Your total cost: $2848
Your Profit: $2152

Example 4: 16 players per day for Two 1 day clinics
1 Day Clinic including 1 case of paint, air, and field fees for $150 (can charge between $100 and $200)
Your cost: $25 for a cases of paint, $999 per Dynasty Player for 2 players (Normally $1100), $500 in travel expenses for the first Dynasty Player and $350 for the second (that’s an average cost). Your total cost: $3648
Your Profit: $1152

Rates and Travel Information

The cost per Dynasty instructor is $999 (Normally $1100) plus travel expenses. We will provide a certificate of completion (date, instructor name, participant name, hosting field/team, Dynasty seal of approval) for each participant.

We have players based in Northern California, Southern California, Texas, and Pennsylvania, so there are lots of ways to control the travel costs depending on your location. Player(s) will provide you with their preferred airport(s) and airfare should be booked on one of two preferred players airlines (player will provide to you). Flights should be booked for arrival on the evening before the clinic starts and departure on the night the clinic finishes or the following morning

Lodging and food are negotiable and workable. We don’t necessarily need a hotel room but we do need beds. We enjoy meals with the host family/team or the clinic participants. We can also drive to and from a clinic if it’s less than 4 hours driving time from the players home to the clinic location ($0.40 per mile).

Clinic Details and Tips

—Clinic times go from 9:00am to 3:30pm or 10:00am to 4:30pm with a one hour lunch. Participants are required to be at the field 1 hour before clinic starts to be ready to play at the scheduled time.
—Field should be set-up (inflated and staked) 1 hour prior to clinic start time and be reserved for the entire clinic duration (except 1 hour lunch). Field should provide simple targets for clinic (cones, pie tins, rental vests)
—No field staff necessary once clinic begins
—Clinic fees should include entry/air/case of paint- lunch and field paint(discounted price)should be available for purchase at the field. Clinic participants can use 2-3 cases of paint per day.
—Clinic participants should have working equipment and adequate protective gear (goggles/barrel sock). —Knee pads, elbow pads, gloves, extra water is highly recommended.
—Participant and instructor name tags or named jerseys are also recommended
—Dynasty player should be provided with entry/air/paint(usually no more than one case per day)
